How mcf works

Our goal is simple: to create a place and space for men to connect, grow, and enjoy genuine fellowship — rooted in shared interests and centered on God’s Word.

We will put our money, hearts and minds together to develop a variety of individual fellowships based on areas/interest that matter to men: Sports, Fitness, Firearms, Finance, Food, Outdoor Life (hunting, fishing, hiking), Theology, Trades, Comedy, Creative Arts, Motor Enthusiasts, Music, Gamers and Board Gamers, and much more as interest grows. I, Chadrik, will oversee the overall structure and work to place Godly, loving, dependable leadership over each group.

Each sub-fellowship will have its own leader to help coordinate regular gatherings — whether weekly, monthly, or quarterly — so that no matter what your schedule or interests are, there is always a chance to connect with other MCF brothers who share the same interest. These fellowship groups aren’t just about activity, they’re about consistency, friendship, and purpose. We will then all come together to use our gifts collectively to serve the local community.

To keep us all united, we will all meet once a week (or every other week) for a time of Bible study or Christian Life Skills classes. This ensures we remain grounded in the Word and on the same page — literally and spiritually. Our shared classes will serve as the anchor for every gathering.

The hope is that each sub-fellowship will also contribute its gifts to serve the larger group. When we host events, the Music Fellowship may handle the sound, the Food Fellowship may lead the meals (and recruit other MCF brothers), and so on. Every part serves the whole. This structure not only promotes collaboration, it also gives each man a clear place to contribute. Even if you do not have experience in a particular group but want to know more or join, our leaders will ensure you have a place in MCF.

Three times a year, we’ll hold The Fellowship Games, which will all lead up to our signature event — The Fellowship Bowl™. This is not mandatory, nor a competition for the fastest or strongest. In fact, the only requirement is that you're slow and weak and didn’t train before hand. You just show up, have fun, laugh and be laughed at, all in front of your family, friends, and community but still alongside your MCF brothers. It’s a celebration of being the best at being the worst.

Over time, our hope is to appoint paid full-time leaders to oversee the sub-fellowship so that no Christian man has to ever wonder again where to go for activity or connection. You won’t need to go the bar or search for friends to join leagues or interest groups — we’ll do the work of building them, maintaining them, and opening them to others. Whether by joining local organizations or renting out space to do our own thing, while we pray for our own facility.

If the Lord wills, we would love to have a dedicated house or lodge one day — a simple space with offices and rooms for each sub-fellowship to gather, plan, and grow with a gym and sports fields. But even now, one thing is clear: we are not and will never become a local church. Our purpose is to come alongside the local church and pastor, not compete with them. We want to support pastors, churches, and leaders by taking off the pressure to create the next "big thing". We are a community effort for all Christian men of all churches and backgrounds to gather and enjoy real fellowship that often becomes harder to find as we grow older.

So, no matter your interest, age (18-100+), race, story, church background or denomination  — if you want to be apart of something bigger, pursue your God-given interests, and grow in your faith — we would love for you to join us!
